Crypto transfers cannot be reversed after confirmation. Digital gift cards are generally final once a valid code has been issued or revealed.

Contact support when

• Payment completed but no order or delivery appeared.
• The order remained processing beyond the delivery estimate.
• The delivered code was invalid before any redemption attempt.
• You believe you were charged incorrectly.

Keep the transaction signature and purchase email. If a provider rejects an order before a card is issued, the team will investigate the available replacement or refund route. Network fees and exchange-rate changes may not be recoverable.
